By using the TCF Canada Prep app or our services at passtcf.net and api.passtcf.net, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
TCF Canada Prep provides listening and reading mock exams, explanations, and study tools for TCF Canada preparation. Content is for personal study only and does not guarantee official test scores or outcomes.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid, reachable email address and keep your credentials secure;
- You may not share accounts, scrape content at scale, or bypass membership restrictions;
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violation of these terms.
3. Membership and Payment
Some features (full exam library, explanations, CEFR practice, and more) require VIP membership. VIP may be activated manually through support while in-app subscriptions are being rolled out. Future App Store subscriptions will follow prices and terms shown in the app and on Apple’s platform.
4. Intellectual Property
The app, question layouts, explanations, and design are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to study. You may not copy, redistribute, or use content for commercial training without permission.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect losses from outages, network issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Privacy

7. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
